Are you a soft cheese fanatic? Join us as we do a deep cheese dive into bloomy and brainy cheeses.


Take a deep cheese dive with us! Learn about the different bloomy & brainy cheeses and what makes them special. All while eating and discussing some of our cheesemongers' favorite cheeses, pairings, and wines of the moment. Please let us know about any allergies at Ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.


So that staff and attendees can comfortably enjoy eating and discussing these delicious cheeses and pairings without masks on, all attendees for in-person classes must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. A photograph of your vaccine card along with photo ID will suffice.
