In January 2019, Island Creek Oysters hauled a bag of bivalves to Cambridge, MA's Lamplighter Brewing Company. It was there that they joined forces with Medusa Brewing Co. to produce a limited edition oyster stout collaboration aptly named Black Pearl. On Monday, March 11th, dine with the masterminds behind the breweries. Learn more about the people inspiring the craft while feasting on Chef Matt Celeste's elevated bar favorites. Enjoy dishes such as Beef Tongue Pastrami toast, spiced lamb potpie, and Great Hill blue cheese fondue paired with as selection of our favorite Lamplighter & Medusa brews. Not to mention, be one of the first to savor the collaborative Black Pearl Beer that inspired this five-course dinner.
