About the Speakers

Kit Hickey
Co-founder,
Ministry of Supply

Kit Hickey and Aman Advani are the co-founders of Ministry of Supply, a menswear company out of MIT which aims to re-create the way men think of business clothing. Ministry of Supply launched its newest shirt, the Apollo, on Kickstarter and became the most-funded fashion project of all time, raising $430K from nearly 3,000 customers in 40 countries.

Jeremy Balboni
CEO,
Brooklyn Boulders

Jeremy Balboni was born in Boston and spent the first 14 years of his life living in France, studying at a French school before returning to Boston. Jeremy attended Babson College in Wellesley, MA. He majored in finance and was president of his fraternity during his junior year.
Graduating in 2005, Jeremy immediately started in research at Wellington Management in the fixed income group. After earning the CFA designation at the age of 26, Jeremy moved to the equities.
Jeremy has been an avid climber for over a decade, which led him to co-found Brooklyn Boulders in 2009. Since then the company has grown at a rapid rate, establishing itself as one of the most forward-looking, innovative companies in the climbing gym industry.
As current CEO of Brooklyn Boulders, Jeremy’s role is to lead Brooklyn Boulders’ team to achieve the company’s vision while establishing itself as a national presence in this booming industry.

Justin Mendelson
CEO, Hackfit

Justin Mendelson is the founder and CEO of Hackfit, the first healthy hackathon company in the world. Most recently, he also co-founded the company Perfect Burpee, after inventing a 'smart grip' consumer exercise mat for exercising at-home, outdoors, or on-the-go. Justin founded his first company, a product consulting firm, at the age of 22 while in graduate school, and is a firm believer in the principle that fitness, wellness, and entrepreneurial purpose are catalysts not just for innovation, but for a happier life.
Jusitn graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Bioengineering and a year later with a masters from Lehigh in Management Science & Engineering. He has been featured in the Boston Globe, San Francisco Chronicle, ReadWrite, and several blogs. Justin’s hobbies include running, adventuring outdoors, and just completed his first IRONMAN 70.3.

Molly MacDonald
Founder,
The Mobile Locker Co.
An avid runner, Molly MacDonald launched the first mobile locker service focused on road races in March of 2014. By the end of this year, The Mobile Locker Co. will expand outside of New England to Florida and California, and runners from coast to coast will have a convenient, secure solution for storage on race day. Molly played lacrosse at Arizona State (go Devils!), worked in marketing prior to starting TMLC, and lives in South Boston.
