On your marks, get set… bake!
Together with King Arthur Baking Company, the USS Constitution Museum is bringing an online “Biscuit Bake Off” to your April school vacation week! Join us on Monday, April 18 at 1PM ET for a step-by-step baking demonstration of “Never-Fail Biscuits.” While your biscuits are in the oven, Museum educators and a USS Constitution sailor will share the secrets of the biscuits sailors were eating daily on board in 1812. What’s the difference between our modern biscuits and these historic ship biscuits? Join us to find out!


All participants will receive a recipe, dough scraper, activity book, and coupon for flour ahead of the program. Space is limited! Please complete the form below to register for the virtual program. After completing registration, you will receive an email with further information and the Zoom link for the meeting. This program is recommended for ages 8 and up.
