WHAT: A business plan competition to make a marketing strategy for Ms. Asari (http://www.kojiya.jp/aboutus/woman.html) to enter the U.S. market with her koji products
WHY: Koji, or fermented wheat or barley, is a powder or a liquid paste that is used in cooking. It has many health properties and enriches the flavors of food.
WHO: YOU!!! Enthusiastic, innovative participants and students from all over the Boston area. Working with experienced, knowledgeable mentors. Communicating directly with Ms. Asari to build your team marketing strategy.
HOW: A week-long business plan competition that includes an opening workshop with the mentors and team formation, a lecture by Ms. Asari on her business and her entrepreneurial background, and an all-day business plan competition with judging and prizes at the end of the day!
