The Hult Women in Business Club’s (HWIB) goal is to celebrate and advance women’s leadership in business through events designed to empower. We aim to encourage relationships with all community members in order to give both men and women the necessary tools to tackle obstacles, for the purpose of personal and professional betterment.


The 2nd annual Being the Boss Conference will focus on the road to becoming and staying a boss, both in a professional and personal environment. The panels and workshops will bring together entrepreneurs, executives and female leaders of several industries. By sharing their achievements, struggles and experiences with the Hult and Boston community, we aim to raise awareness to the hurdles still present in today’s business world and inspire the future generation of women leaders. The conference will be held at Hult International Business school from 8.30AM to 4.00PM.
