Are you new to yoga and interested in a slower-paced introduction to the practice? Would you appreciate the opportunity to learn the O2 style in a smaller-group setting?
Starting on January 9th, Erika will be conducting a four-week workshop series focused on the fundamentals of the O2 style of yoga:
* mastering the ujayyi breath
* pairing breath with movement
* moving mindfully
* using props to modify poses
Ample time will be provided for students to ask questions and refine their understanding of the basics of yoga: when are my feet supposed to be connected? When should I work with bent knees or straight legs? What types of movement are done on an inhale or an exhale?
If your goal is to build the foundation for a stronger practice -- and a healthier and more mindful 2018 -- this workshop series is for you!

This workshop series will be held in the Little Studio.
