Award winning photographer Jeremy Cowart brought together 14 migrants and refugees resettled in the US and 11 US citizens to dialog about their fears, their stories, and their dreams for the future. He took pictures of each person holding up “frames of reference” that summarize their point of view. This powerful metaphor seeks to connect each subject in the photo with our own stories and perspectives. We will have ethical trade coffee available, and you will have an opportunity to see the work Catholic Relief Services does with refugees overseas through Virtual Reality.
