Join us for this hour long Barre3 class that features elements from barre, yoga, and Pilates. It will get your heart thumping, and is sure to give you the "rewarding endorphin high and deep muscle burn" that Barre3 fanatics swear by! 100% of ticket sales go towards the mission of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation--"...to cure Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases."
