We're thrilled to host France Crispeels from Vignoble Reveille for a Bar Takeover! France will be pouring some of her incredible wines from Rousillon from 5-7pm. Originally from Belgium, France launched Vignoble Reveille in 2006 when she purchased a very old Carignan and Grenache vineyard. In spite of the close associations with the Rhône region, both grapes are originally from Spain and were brought to France via the kingdom of Aragon. She has since added Grenache, Syrah, Macabeu, and Grenache Gris to her mix, which has helped round out her incredible wine portfolio. Reveille not only practices biodynamic agricultural practices, but also a vinification adapted to each cuvée, without inputs, and tailor-made breeding.
