We are so excited to welcome the visionary couple behind Casebianche. Pasquale Mitrano and Elisabetta Luorio took over the winery from Elisabetta's father in the 1990's, leaving Naples and exchanging city stress and careers in architecture and teaching for living and working among vines, olive trees, citrus groves, and fig trees in Campania. They use organic methods and biodynamic preparations, estate grown fruit, manual production methods and simple, natural non intervention winemaking techniques.
