Banners Kitchen & Tap and 98.5 The Sports Hub Hosts ‘Tito’s Flick Football Challenge’ Championships on Sunday, November 17th from 1 – 4 p.m.

Remember sitting in the high school cafeteria, folding up pieces of paper into football triangles, and pushing them across the table for touchdowns while flicking them at your friend for the extra point as he or she placed their fingers together as makeshift goalposts?

Banners Kitchen & Tap – located at The Hub on Causeway – is hosting the championship round of the Tito’s Flick Football Challenge, where 36 participants will hone his or her football flicking skills for a chance to win an all-expenses paid trip for two to Austin, Texas. Four finalists have already advanced to the championship round, but Banners Kitchen & Tap and 98.5 The Sports Hub are opening up registration for the remaining thirty-two spots at 12 noon one hour before the event starts (1 – 4 p.m.) which is free and open to the public. 98.5 On-air talent Mike “Sarge” Riley and Rock 92.9 Mid-day Host Adam 12 will emcee the event and help coach the 36 flick football contestants for their chance to visit the home of Tito’s Vodka.
