Come join us for an exciting class with Balans instructors Erin Shimberg and Jessica Shaps! Jessice and Erin will lead a dual-instructed mat pilates class that incorporates both functionality, fun, and fitness into one. Each instructor comes with their own style and approach to wellness in the body. Expect the class to be engaging, informative, and relaxing.
