Have you tried an entrée en papilote at a restaurant, but never at home? In this hands-on class with Chef Thi you’ll learn the classic French method of cooking in paper, to deliver surprisingly delicate and nuanced flavors. We’ll make chicken breast with sauce Dijon, fresh cod with white wine and herbs over julienned fennel onions and carrots, and the best steamed seasonal vegetables graced with olive oil and garlic.
