Join me on Sundays this summer on the following dates for some B Street Beach Yoga Bliss:
Sundays...7/5, 7/12, 7/19, (7/26 I am away), 8/2, 8/9, 8/16, 8/23, 8/30.
Bring your mat, water, mask, an open mind, and an open heart. We will be spaced safely and remain socially distant respectfully. Class is $12. To remain safe Venmo, Paypal, or ApplePay is preferred.
We will focus on creating space and length as well as strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.
*For the consideration of others as well as protecting yourself and your loved ones please arrive with a mask. We will remove them once we are settled in and spaced out accordingly.
* If you are not feeling well or have any COVID related symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive please refrain from joining so we can all get through this trying time together.
