'Tis the season to seek out time and space for reflection and renewal. Ayurveda and massage give us the opportunity to experience the present moment exactly as it is and explore ourselves exactly as we are.
Join us for a holiday open house at Unwind, our Brookline wellness space, to meet and mingle with our lovely Ayurvedic and wellness practitioners. Sip warm tea, get a free chair massage, and schedule your next appointment.
Kate O'Donnell, Director of the Boston Ayurveda School, will lead an info session for the upcoming Fundamentals of Ayurveda training during the open house from 5:30 to 6:15pm for anyone interested in learning more about the training that begins in March 2020.
