Beloved underground author Michelle Tea (Valencia, Black Wave, et al.) is in town with her first children’s book, ASTRO BABY, which marries astrology with psychedelic imagery by Mike Perry (Emmy-winning animator for Broad City). The book is gender-inclusive, perceptive, and a no-brainer gift for Astro Babies of all ages. Tea will read the book and discuss her other profound innovation in children’s literacy—creating the Drag Queen Story Hour!
