Crafting your own cheese at home is easy and so much fun! In this beginners class you will learn about the art of crafting mozzarella cheese for a fraction of the cost of store-bought cheeses.

During the 60 Minute Introductory Artisan Cheese Making Class you will:


-Learn proper cleaning and sanitization practices
-Review the necessary equipment
-Discuss basic principles of cheese making including required ingredients
-Watch a demonstration of making Mozzarella Cheese from whole milk and other fresh ingredients

The art of cheesemaking is an ancient one that been passed down from generation to generation. What better way to celebrate Mother`s Day than to begin your own family tradition or simply enjoy some quality time with your kids on summer vacation.

Classes will be limited in size to provide an intimate setting and more individualized attention. Pre-registration is required due to limited class size and will be on a first come first served basis. Classes will be held at our Store Location in Woburn, MA.

* Advanced registration is required. Fees $40.00 per person. Students may register up through the day of the class provided the class is not full.
