WomenExplore looks at how art can effect social change in its 8th lecture in its fall series titled, "Struggles, Strengths and Strategies." WE presents Ival Stratford Kovner, a widely exhibited prize-winning artist, art teacher and horse lover. Ival also teaches watercolor to cancer survivors and Alzheimer patients. Please join us at 11.30 am when Ly Thai opens the session with a short focus talk on the topic from her personal experience. Informal tea and coffee are available. Feel free to eat your lunch during the lecture.

WomenExplore Lecture and Discussion Forum focuses on issues of concern to women, from the personal to the global. It affirms and validates the diversity of women's viewpoints and values. All women and men are welcome.
