Close your eyes and return to your breath in this guided meditation led by yoga instructor Charles Henes. This guided meditation will take place right in the exhibition space and be informed by the all new paintings created by local artist Adam LoRusso specifically for this one day only Pop-Up Art Gallery experience!


Meditation helps provide the silence and space needed to explore ourselves and our present experience. Be prepared to open up to some of the greater possibilities that already lie within.
