Art in the Age is pleased to announce the release of Art in the Age Dandejack. A small-batch spirit that showcases the under-celebrated botanical, dandelion, which will be available while supplies last at Art in the Age, starting May 31st.
Art in the Age Dandejack will launch at Art in the Age, Philadelphia’s only retail store, tasting room and bottle shop on Friday, May 31st from 6-9pm with special guests Heather McMonnies of Food Hedge, and Executive Chef Liam Geoghegan of Stephen Starr’s, The Dandelion for a one-night only pop-up!
Geoghegan’s menu of complimentary hors d’oeuvres features foraged dandelions from McMonnies farm in Schwenksville PA, which are bountiful to the region in spring. The menu includes bites such as:
Deviled Eggs
Smoked Salmon and Trout Pâté, and
Dandelion Root Crusted Beef Carpaccio
A selection of The Dandelion’s celebrated cheeses.
Dandejack cocktails courtesy of Art in the Age’s Mixologist, Lee Noble, will be available pay-as-you-go as will limited bottles of this specialty spirit ($49.99 — while supplies last).
