Theme: Going Green
At The Umbrella, we believe that everyone is an artist. We have designed our April Vacation Week Art Explorers program with variety in mind to give students the opportunity to discover, explore, and experiment in the arts.
Art Explorers – Going Green will get the creative sparks going with hands-on projects in Ceramics, Drawing, Painting, 2D & 3D Mixed Media, Performing Arts, Workshop and more. Students will explore the concepts of reduce, reuse and recycle by making art inspired by the earth.
Grade/Age Range: Grade K – Grade 8, approximately Age 5 – 14 years
Registration Deadlines:
Early Registration Deadline: Monday, March 14, 2022. SAVE $50!
Registration Deadline: Monday, April 4, 2022.
Program Closed: Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
PROGRAM OPTIONS:
Art Explorers – Half Day AM (Grades K-6): 9:00am – 12:00pm
MORNING ONLY for Grade K-6 students. Includes two different one-hour art classes each day and a break for a mid-morning snack.
Half day students must be provided with a NUT-FREE snack from home for the mid-morning break.
Tuition: $240 early registration | $290
REGISTER
Art Explorers – Full Day (Grades K-6): 9:00am – 4:00pm
FULL DAY for Grade K-6 students. Includes four different one-hour art classes each day, 2 snack breaks (a mid-morning & a mid-afternoon), and a daily lunch break from 12:00pm – 12:30pm.
Full day students must be provided with a NUT-FREE lunch and two snacks from home for the mid-morning & mid-afternoon breaks.
Tuition: $400 early registration | $450
REGISTER
Art Explorers – Full Day Teen Program (Grades 7-8): 9:00am – 4:00pm
FULL DAY for Grade 7-8 students. Includes four different one-hour art classes each day, 2 snack breaks (a mid-morning & a mid-afternoon), and a daily lunch break from 12:00pm – 12:30pm.
Full day students must be provided with a NUT-FREE lunch and two snacks from home for the mid-morning & mid-afternoon breaks.
Tuition: $300 early registration | $350
REGISTER
Art Explorers – Extended Day Afternoon (Grades K-8)
Extended Day In Person: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Available as an add-on for students enrolled in the Full Day Program.
Tuition: $80 for the week (Tuesday – Friday)
The Umbrella has adopted the MA Dept. of Health recommendations that a fully vaccinated individual should wear a mask indoors if you have a weakened immune system, or if you are at increased risk for severe disease because of your age or an underlying medical condition, or if someone in your household has a weakened immune system, is at increased risk for severe disease or is unvaccinated. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated should continue to wear a mask indoors.
