Who said that apéro should only be for adults? Teens- join us for a fun evening where you will learn how to prepare a fall-themed mocktail (alcohol-free) and enjoy French conversation among fellow teens in a casual setting.
L’Apéritif is a staple in daily French life. The rules are really simple: share a drink, eat some snacks, and chat. It’s an interactive event so please don’t hesitate to participate.
All levels of French welcome- really we mean it! If you have been taking French for many years and are looking for a way to practice, we look forward to speaking with you. If you are a beginner and want to contribute the words you are learning, we look forward to hearing from you too!

Ingredients for the Ginger Cinnamon Apple mocktail:
2 tablespoons of Ginger-Cinnamon Simple Syrup (see recipe below)
1 cup apple cider
Ice for mixing
Cinnamon sugar for rimming the glass
Apple slice or cinnamon stick to garnish (optional)

Ingredients for Simple Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks
1-2 inches of ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
