Ben Bennett doesn’t talk much, thinks hard and often about how to do good in the world, and ends up playing the drums when he decides he has nothing better to do. Apparently he’s found nothing better to do in the past 23 years. Apparently his solution is to sound like the whole world coming out of a pile of percussion.

Bromp Treb is the long-running solo project of artist Neil Young aka Neil Cloaca Young. Bromp Treb is the clumsy body music of voice, synthesis, and percussion, resulting in an idiosyncratic maze of crooked rhythms and tangled textures that celebrates refined dysfunction and awkward interstices.
