joyflow® is a grounding, gentle flow that builds to intuitive and free movement, woven together with breathwork, laughter, and sound. Open to all, come explore the possibilities that await! This one hour joyflow® journey will be led by the creator of joyflow® Sarah Joy Gaines, returning to Boston from NYC for one night!! We'll come together to move, breathe, dance, play, laugh, and rest...to experience the joy that you are.
