Get ready to immerse yourself in setting intentions for your next lunar cycle ahead. Get into your body and breath with restorative yoga and find the connective vibes of the Full Moon as we discuss the energy and how it shows up in the mind and our bodies.

Enjoy a sound healing vibe sesson by Malaika, whose crystal bowls will serenade you with soulful melodies that reset your body and mind. Riva will be offering reiki energy healing and guiding an intention ritual to add an additional layer to complement the healing .
