The Philadelphia Heart Walk, hosted Saturday, November 4th, will welcome over 15,000 Delaware Valley residents who support the mission of the American Heart Association and strive to raise funds and awareness in the fight against heart disease and stroke. Participants will walk laps around Citizen’s Bank Park to improve their heart health and raise awareness around the importance of a heart-healthy lifestyle.
