I'm excited to welcome guitarist Alain Pacowski back to the Mandorla Music Series, this time leading a quartet with multi-instrumentalist Henry Cook. Formerly active on the Boston scene, Henry now lives in Italy and seldom gets back to Boston to perform. Henry played with Either/Orchestra, Salim Washington, Bob Moses and others and was an award-winning bandleader with a couple well-received releases on Accurate Records while in Boston. In Italy, he works with the Monkey Brain Trio and others. Alain splits his time between Boston and New York, and in 2014 released the CD 'Double A' with piano & trumpet player Alan Chaubert. Alain & Henry will be joined by Carlos Pino on bass and Sebastian Garzon on drums.
