Tea and pastries are a match made in heaven. Let’s bring a British vibe to your home kitchen and make delicious afternoon pastries paired with your favorite tea. We’ll make English tea sandwiches, scones with cream and jam, and sweet pastries including entremets and tartlets. You are welcome to cook along in this online class or just watch and learn. The list of ingredients needed will be emailed to you prior to the class along with the Zoom link. Instructor: Evelyn Schichner
