Always wanted to learn ballet? Whether you are new to dance, returning after a long time, or looking to cross-train, interested adults of all genders and fitness levels are welcome! Full ballet workshop will include barre & center exercises, and across the floor movements.
Ballet improves balance, stability & posture, increases core strength & flexibility, and helps to develop better coordination.
Try to wear tightly fitted clothing that allows you to move such as a leotard, tights, tank top, leggings or yoga pants. Ballet slippers or grippy socks are helpful.
All levels are welcome!
