Theatres throughout the world are closed and facing the devastation of COVID-19. Like many of our local theatres, Actors’ Shakespeare Project has cancelled the last two shows of its 2019-2020 season.

We think theatre is essential and important to the evolution of our society, our personality, and our souls. With this in mind, we turned to our namesake and realized that there were a few plays that we had not produced in our sixteen years.

What better time to take on these three plays and explore what can be learned and mined from the language of these seldom-seen classics.

With the presentation of these plays, ASP will hit an important milestone in the life of a Shakespeare company, which is to produce all of Shakespeare's surviving works.

If you enjoy this virtual reading, please consider donating to support ASP. No donation is too small and every penny helps.

Thank you so much for completing the canon with us. Enjoy the show.

All the best,
Christopher V. Edwards
Artistic Director
