On July 16th, join the Island Creek Oyster Bar Burlington for their latest Vine To Table wine dinner. They will welcome Christopher Tracy, Partner and Winemaker of Channing Daughters Winery on Long Island, NY, to Burlington for an intimate five-course wine dinner. After leaving former careers in theater and restaurant kitchens, Christopher went from experimenting in winemaking in his neighboring Walter Channing’s winery, to lead craftsman. He creates wines from unique and underutilized varietals and allows the wines to naturally express the earth that grows them. Come channel that warm breeze off the Atlantic with a farm fresh menu created by Chef Matt Celeste that will be bursting with summer bounty. Tickets are limited.
