City Tap House in Fort Point is putting all of its eggs in one basket this Easter with their celebration of all things hoppy… with a side of sweet and savory.
In addition to serving up its signature brunch menu, the kitchen will dish out sugar-laced specials like a fluffy Buttermilk Waffle filled with mini Cadbury eggs, topped with chocolate sauce and whipped cream ($13), Honey Baked Ham finished with a cream-mustard sauce and served with charred broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes ($17) and Carrot Cake Bites, battered and fried, with a cinnamon dipping sauce ($11). Those who order up one of the three Easter features also will be granted access to a complimentary chocolate fountain.
While the $5 mimosas are flowing, hops-forward beers will take over at City Tap’s draught lines. For the little ones’ enjoyment, there will be a kids’ activity center to give you a reprieve from the very long morning of bunnies, egg hunts and battling sugar highs.
