A Slow Roasted Suckling Pig Brunch is coming to BISq on Sunday, January 29 and our mouths are already watering. This Brunch is the first in a series of "Pop-up Brunches" BISq will be featuring every month. From 10:30am-2:30pm, Chef Alex will be busy plating a full selection of à la carte dishes utilizing every last part of the pig - and of course there will be plenty of Mimosas and Micheladas to help wash it all down. Add live, acoustic music (think bluegrass!) to the mix and it's an event you don't want to miss!
