The JCM Department is thrilled to present the second of the spring chamber concerts featuring the Piano Trio and No Boundaries, the Longy Big Band. The piano trio, led by JCM Chair Peter Cassino, is comprised of Alexander Dillon on Drums, Sean Hannon on Bass and David Harewood on piano. This is a newly formed trio who is thrilled to be exploring their sound as a living and breathing musical entity. They will be performing a mix of originals and reinterpretations of lesser known jazz tunes.

No Boundaries, the Longy Big Band, will be closing up the night with selections from Fletcher Henderson, Tadd Dameron, Frank Foster, and Duke Ellington. Led by the ever intrepid Charlie Kohlhase, No Boundaries is the largest of the JCM ensembles incorporating students and staff from the wider Longy Community. This will surely be a night to remember, so come out and see these cats play their hearts out.
