Join us this holiday season at Tufts Gallery, Slater Concourse from 6PM-9PM for an evening of vibrant artwork, painting and handcrafted jewelry brought to you all the way from the slopes of Mount Meru, Tanzania!
Tufts and SMFA graduates have teamed up to host a mixer and silent auction that displays the creativity, the resilience and the spirit of the orphaned and vulnerable children in Nkoaranga. 100% of the sales from artwork go toward the education of the young artists highlighted in this gallery.
The event begins with a silent art auction that features paintings by our talented friends aged 3-12 from Nkoaranga as well as jewelry designed and handcrafted by students. Throughout the evening, you will also have the opportunity to meet the founders of both organisations and learn who, what why and how they began their work in East Africa.
No admission fee!
