Our spectacular three-course prix fixe Christmas Eve Dinner menu promises a myriad of rich seasonal flavors, festive favorites, and unforgettable creative cuisine, designed to delight by Executive Chef Rafael Jaku.
Start with the holiday’s freshest catch – Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with lemon, or Cured Salmon, served with pickled carrots and cucumbers, homemade dill mayo, and dried mushrooms. Or, choose our savory Roasted Cauliflower Soup, served with warm bread and butter, or a fresh SONOMA Salad, with goat cheese, butternut squash, pomegranate arils, and candied pecans, for a unique holiday twist.
SONOMA’s sumptuous selection of entrées will certainly make it difficult to decide on your main course, from traditional Prime Rib with pomme purée, grilled asparagus, and fresh popovers; to Chicken Ballotine stuffed with spinach, chestnuts, and pistachio, served with truffle cream sauce; Faroe Island Salmon, featuring a rutabaga purée, Romanesco green beans, and beurre blanc; or Butternut Squash Ravioli, with spinach, sage cream, and pecorino cheese.
