A half-day, workshop for anyone curious to learn about the chakra energy system and the timeless wisdom it provides for living a balanced and vibrant life!
Participants will engage in experiential learning to explore each of the seven chakras characteristics including color, sound and function to see how each of these energies contributes to living our best lives. We will then experiment with meditation, writing and voluntary group sharing to develop increased awareness around those areas in our lives that may need more love and attention.
The goal of this workshop is for you to walk away with practical tools for connecting to your own internal guidance system, and simple techniques for feeling more grounded and peaceful in your life.
No experience or belief in the existence of the chakra energies, are necessary to benefit from this program.
Each participant will receive a Chakra workbook to support their continued learning after the course is complete.
James Ashton is a professional coach and workshop facilitator, with a passion for helping people achieve greater levels of success and fulfillment in their lives. After a twenty year career in corporate America and his own successful start-up venture, James turned to professional coaching as a way to combine his extensive business experience with a lifelong interest in human development, psychology and spirituality. James is also gifted as a life coach working with individuals looking to enhance their intuitive guidance and their spiritual, mental and physical well-being.
