Father's Day is around the corner and we want to make this year a special one for previously homeless veterans at Mass Bay Veterans Center. At MBVC, healing starts with the individual arrives.


With your help we are on a mission to raise the funds necessary to help MBVC support these vulnerable veterans during the pandemic. We aim to raise $1000 for MBVC to purchase essential items to help make veterans feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe during their stay while receiving treatment and services.


And, with your donation you are invited to participate in a strength-training fitness class online from 8:30-9:15am in advance of Father's Day! The class will be led by Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Counselor, and Yoga Instructor, Tara Mazanec! You can gift the class invitation to your dad, or start off your weekend of celebration with fitness!


We have also partnered with Dancing Daisy Bakers, an organic, gluten-free local bakery! Dancing Daisy Bakers has kindly offered to send a whole LOT of donated baked goods to our veterans on Father's Day! Order your Father's Day treats today from Dancing Daisy Bakers.


You will need only a mat, water bottle, work out sneakers (optional), two weighted objects at 5-10 pounds (or heavier, if you'd like), and a mobile device or laptop for streaming! Zoom link for the online class will be sent out 15 minutes before the class begins.


**To accommodate all people during this time, we are doing a SLIDING SCALE DONATION FROM $5-200 to raise funds fo MBVC veterans in recovery.**
