Tryst, the award winning restaurant located in Arlington, MA is offering an all-American BBQ menu in honor of the Fourth of July. Usually only offered Mondays and Tuesdays, chef Paul Turano’s mouthwatering BBQ menu will be available for the entire week of the 4th of July (June 30-July 8, 2014). *Please note, the restaurant is closed on the 4th of July.
In preparation for the great patriotic holiday, guests can choose from a selection of starters such as BBQ oysters ($2), fried green tomatoes ($11), fried B&B pickles ($4) or steak tostada ($12). For entrée-portioned dishes, the menu offers a wide array of options including cornmeal fried chicken ($17), coffee and bourbon glazed baby back ribs ($18) and Maine lobster sandwich. All entrées come with a vinegar slaw and southern style potato salad.
