The evening features meditation practice with instruction provided for anyone coming for the first time or who would like a review. Meditation is followed by a short presentation by a senior teacher or core member of the group, exploring an aspect of bringing the practice of meditation or the Shambhala Buddhist teachings into everyday life. Group discussion follows, and the evening concludes with refreshments and social time.
