2nd Annual Boston AcroYoga Festival

Join the Boston AcroYoga teachers for a day long offering of workshops for all levels. Together we will explore all elements of the AcroYoga practice from dynamic partner acrobatics to deep therapeutics.

Now you may be asking, what exactly is AcroYoga? Well, AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts.

These three elements each have specific purposes,
Solar Acrobatic Practices cultivate trust, empowerment and joy.
Lunar Healing Arts Practices cultivate listening, loving and letting go, and
Yogic Practices build breathe awareness, life balance and connection.

At the festival we will be offering a "choose your own" track system so each time slot will have a beginner and advanced option so this is an ALL LEVELS EVENT.

3:00pm - 4:45pm Session 2: Acrobatics
4:45pm - 6:00pm Dinner on your own
6:00pm - 7:30pm Session 3: Acro Olympics
7:45pm - 9:45pm Session 4: Therapeutics
9:45pm - 10:00pm Closing
