Breakfast is not only the most important meal of the day but the most fun, too. Join us for a hands-on cooking class focused on breakfast favorites including: French Toast with Blueberry Syrup, surprisingly delicious Tofu Scrambled Eggs, Maple Bacon, Berry Muffins, Baked Parmesan Egg Bits and more. Students will learn the basics of skillet breakfast items, making simple muffins, and baking a tasty egg dish. Instructor: Dagmar Smith


This class will meet in-person at CCAE with a limited student capacity. Our in-person class guidelines for the fall can be found at ccae.org/in-person-classes.
